MILITARY SAYS NO PRICETAG DECIDED FOR TINIAN AND PAGAN UNTIL AFTER RECORD OF DECISION, CONFIRMS JOINT REGION MARIANAS COMMANDER BETTE BOLIVAR

Marine Forces Pacific Executive Director Craig Whelden says the military will not engage in any negotiations until the record of decision is made next year.  He says they cannot commit any money to the proposed actions until that time.

 

ONE STEP CLOSER TO THE CNMI DRUG COURT AS A REALITY

Senator Sixto Igisomar says the legislature is communicating with Ways and Mean Chairman Tony Sablan to work out budget details for the drug court.

 

ALMOST 1 HUNDRED PERCENT OF THE ISLAND HAS 24 HOUR WATER AFTER 12 YEAR EFFORTS

CUC releases a list of the water hours for villages and neighborhoods for the next week.  Of the 42 areas named, 30 are reported to have 24 hour water for the period December 6-13.  Other have water for 5-and-a-half hours to 9-and-a-half hours.
