FRANCISCO BASA PREVIOUSLY PLED GUILTY TO POSSESSING AND INTENDING TO DISTRIBUTE METHAMPHETAMINE. POLICE SAY BASA CONSPIRED AND SOLD OVER 50 GRAMS OF METH.
