NORTH KOREA'S THREATS DISCONCERTING, SAYS ADMINISTRATION

Special Assistant for Communications at the Governor's Office Ivan Blanco says "Anytime a country threatens with military action, and in this case North Korea, it is unnerving and disconcerting particularly since North Korea claims its missiles have the range to reach our islands".
