STILL NO TIMELINE SET FOR COMPLETION OF REPAIRS OF MAJOR WATER WELL

KSPN has learned a request for proposal for a contract for work on the well will be sent out soon.  CUC's Acting Executive Director Gary Camacho says any response to a big for the project will have a scope of work.

 

TORRES ADMINISTRATION FOLLOWING UP ON 902 TALKS IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

Congressman Gregorio "Kilili" Sablan says while he is deferring the possible 902 process through Governor Ralph Torres, he continues discussions with local leaders in the event legislation is needed for an extension of the contract worker program past 2019.

 

BOAT OWNER SUES COMPANY FOR NEGLIGENCE AFTER DAMAGE FROM TYPHOON DEBACLE

Court documents Frederick L. Nosek, Captain Fred, says the Miss Saipan was pulled from its mooring and ran into the Dolphin Quest before it ran aground at Delta Dock at the Port of Saipan.  Captain Fred is suing for $81,000 for damages.
