K–S–P–N CONFIRMS GOVERNOR RALPH TORRES IS ON A PRIVATE VISIT—HE ARRIVED TO FIJI MONDAY, ACCORDING TO FIJI'S FOREIGN MINISTRY PROTOCOL DIVISION. HE WILL BE MEETING WITH NEW FIJI PRESIDENT, TUESDAY. THE DETAILS OF THIS MEETING ARE NOT CONFIRMED.
