THE AFETNAS SQUARE BUILDING IN SAN ANTONIO WENT UP IN FLAMES THIS MORNING.
Fire officials say the point of origin was on the northern side of the building. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Koblerville residents report they have not had regular water service hours since Typhoon Soudelor. The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation says there is a leak as a result of a damaged water main.
