DPS REPORTS THEFT CASES ARE ON THE RISE AFTER TYPHOON SOUDELOR

DPS has put more manpower on the streets since the power outage has caused unsafe conditions.  DPS Commissioner James Deleon Guerrero says burglaries and thefts are more common because of damaged infrastructure.
