JUDGE TO DECIDE THE FATE OF REMAINING CHARGES FOR FORMER POLICE COMMISSIONER
Ambrosio Ogumoro is scheduled to appear before Superior Court judge David Wiseman Tuesday morning to hear the verdicts for the remaining 9 charges.
UTILITIES BOARD MEMBERS SPAR OVER POTENTIAL RATE INCREASE
CUC Board Member Dave Sablan made a motion to direct management to concentrate on analysis of a rate restructure. But board member Eric San Nicolas said the motion was unnecessary until the official financial statements are in by March. Consultants say if all rate suggestions are considered, the new rate would come out to 12.9 cents per kilowatt hour.
